Privacy policy

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Your mobile number, which the payment gateway needs for UPI and which a shop may use to contact you about an order.
• Your orders, and push notification tokens if you turn notifications on.
• For vendors: owner name, phone, PAN and bank details, used only to register payouts with Cashfree Payments.

Who sees it

• The shop you order from sees your name, phone number, items and pickup code.
• Cashfree Payments processes payments and payouts. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank login.
• The platform admin can see accounts and orders to run the service and handle disputes.

Google account data

We use the name, email address and profile picture from Google only to sign you in and to show your name on your orders. We don't request access to anything else in your Google account, and we don't share Google account data except as described above.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your name and phone in your profile, turn notifications off in your browser, or ask us to delete your account via the contact page. Order records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
