About us

The Foodly is a pre-ordering app for the food counters in the DAV University Student Centre, Jalandhar. Students order and pay from class, and the food is ready when they walk in, so nobody spends the break standing in a queue.

How it works

• Browse the counters and menus, add items to your cart, and pay by UPI.
• The shop accepts your order and starts preparing it. You get a notification when it's ready.
• Show your 4-character pickup code at the counter and collect your food.
• If a shop can't take your order, you get a full refund automatically, including the platform fee.

Pricing

Menu prices are set by each shop. Students pay a platform fee of 7% of the item total (minimum ₹2), shown before payment. Shops get 15 days free, then pay ₹1,500 per 30 days. See our terms for details.

For shops

Any Student Centre counter can register. Once approved, you list your menu, get alerts for new orders on your phone, and receive each order's payment directly to your bank account.

Who we are

The Foodly is run by Jashanpreet Singh, based at DAV University Student Centre, Jalandhar, Punjab. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. Contact us with any questions.
